I can imagine using several circles of PVC boards and stacking them up and glue them together for the tires.

i could do it that way...

though from experience, it's not very efficient and obscenely tedious. :(

i have something else in mind which could be the fastest way to do it.

I know what you mean. I found myself cutting several pieces of the same shape just to make it thicker, and boy it was tedious. XP

The "Trankenstein" is taking form indeed. I can hardly wait for the finished product. I find your choice of legs/gas tank a very curious one. Guess it was harder to make regular legs and attach the tanks to them.
