1st model off the ARMAMENT FACTORY ASSEMBLY LINE!!! (I built this at work)

4 inches long (from tip of auto cannon to tip of rear stabilizer)

2 points of articulation (poseable engines on both sides)

I built it out of PVC & Styrene.
it wasn't a finished model, so I didn't considered making duplicates. maybe if I get around to building an updated version.

i see that now, when i made the comment, i wasnt paying full attention, from teh looks of it, it could work in RL, but would have a very very low maximum lift (so only lightly armed)

that's an accurate assessment based the tech currently available to us. though with sufficiently advanced tech, it wouldn't have any of those limitations. after all, the tech I had in mind with this design involves AI, mechs & energy weapons.

from what knowledge i have, mechs will not be used except for construction work, and Energy weapons are to expensive and inefficient in comparison to ballistics. Energy weapons have there places in modern arsenals, but ballistics are just better.

I'd like to think that mechs can be integrated for combat use, but as support units. indeed, nothing beats hurling metal at supersonic & hypersonic speeds.
