The legs look too wide apart for human legs to fit inside. Is the pilot's body completely inside the torso, like a Space Marine Dreadnought?

the pilot pretty much fits into the suit's arms & legs. the spaces between the arms & legs are a little wide because of the limitations with the scale & fabrication, they should be less prominent with a larger model. :)

I actually rather enjoyed the book Starship Troopers. Was an interesting read.
I also really love the first movie, campy as hell and you get to see Doogie Howser MD as a godamn Nazi XD
